Refund Policy

KineticMindset is committed to providing professional, ethical, and reliable counselling services. This Refund Policy outlines how session fees, cancellations, and missed appointments are managed.

 

Session Fees and Payment

Counselling sessions are invoiced after each session and are payable via EFT within the agreed payment period.

 

Refunds for Attended Sessions

Counselling sessions that have been attended, whether in person or online, are not refundable. Once a session has taken place, the service is considered rendered.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

 

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.

 

Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice, will be invoiced at the full session fee and are not eligible for a refund.

 

This policy applies to both in person and online sessions.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Fee waivers or adjustments may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, at the discretion of KineticMindset. Supporting documentation may be requested.

 

Service Disruptions

If a session cannot proceed due to circumstances within the control of KineticMindset, the session will be rescheduled or no fee will be charged.

 

Packages and Prepaid Sessions

Where sessions are purchased in advance as part of a package, unused sessions will be managed according to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

 

Policy Review

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The most current version will be available on the KineticMindset website.
